For 25 years, our gelato shop in Rome has been a sensation that has been replicated in our Freshwater and Collaroy shops. We are proud to make authentic Italian gelato using only the best ingredients, such as Sicilian pistachio, locally sourced fresh fruits, and top-quality Australian milk.
